William Alan Dickey is a character created by Evan Dorkin that first debuted in a oneshot called "The Eltingville Club" (1995). This comic was created as a way to show the bad side of fandom culture in a satirical sort of fashion. Anyways, this shrine is about Bill, who I HATE.

I despise this guy so much that I believe that I've gone full circle and actually started liking him. No, even like is to strong. If i were to describe what I feel toward him, I would describe it as a kismesissitude type of feeling.
